MGMT Reputation (MGMT Core Consulting Services LLC) sends text messages only to people who have asked for them. This page explains how you opt in, what we send, and how to stop.
How you opt in
When you call one of our office lines (Chicago, Buffalo, Nashville, Seattle or St. Catharines), our receptionist may offer to text you the link to book a private consultation. We only send a text if you say yes on the call. The receptionist asks:
“Would you like me to text the booking link to the number you’re calling from? It’s one message from MGMT Reputation, and we’ll reply if you text us back. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Is that okay?”
If you say yes, we send the text. If you say no, we send nothing and give you the details another way.
What we send and how often
One text with the booking link for the consultation you asked about, and replies to any messages you send us. Message frequency varies with your conversation. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
Example: “Hugo at MGMT Reputation: thanks for calling. Here is the link to book your private consultation: https://calendly.com/mgmtreputation-info/consultation Reply here with any questions. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Help and opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will confirm once and send nothing further.

Your privacy
Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use your number only to reply to your request. Everything you share with us stays confidential.
